Letting Services:


(A) Letting and Property management - 14.4% inc. VAT
(B) Letting and Rent Collection - 12% inc. VAT
(C) Letting Only  - 9.6% inc. VAT
Minimum Fee - £576


Administration/Referencing - £330 inc. VAT  

Administration at each renewal £ 240.00 inc. VAT

Renewal – 50% reduction on initial rate
Reduction in fees upon renewals applies to Letting Only Service (C) and does not apply to options (A) and (B).

£360 INC VAT – CANCELLING A LET BEFORE TENANT MOVES IN – IF YOU CHOOSE TO WITHDRAW FROM AN AGREED OFFER, OTHER THAN FOR FAILED REFERENCING.
